Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking a Junior Recruiter in Fountain Valley.
The Junior Recruiter will post all open requisitions on all contracted advertising sites, assist with sourcing and recruiting candidates, work closely with Hiring Managers to coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct reference checks via phone, generate offer letters and packets, generate background screening, on-boarding, update and maintain recruiting trackers, manage college graduate / internship program, write reports, and general support for the Recruiting team.
