Account Service Representative
Job Summary
The Account Service Representative interacts with our customers; responding to inquiries about our products, capabilities, and services. In response to those requests, the Account Service Representative will design custom product solutions, configure and quote opportunities, as well as process orders.
This position requires analytical skills and attention to detail, but also rewards creative thinkers. You don't have to know anything about labels, but you must be willing to learn. Reports to the Sales & Marketing Director.
Responsibilities
Communicate with clients (telephone, email and in-person) to provide information about our products, services, and capabilities
Collaborate with customers to help design and manufacture custom solution to their specifications
Build proposals based on client parameters as well as our own manufacturing capabilities
Receive and process incoming order requests
Record and analyze customer interactions using Salesforce.com
Interface with clients regarding order statuses and production questions
Provide consistently excellent customer service (e.g. prompt follow-up, friendliness)
Last, but not least, learn everything there is to know about our products, our suppliers and our processes!
Experience & Qualifications
Must Have's
Bachelors Degree
Proficient with modern computer operating systems (we use Macs!)
Comfortable using spreadsheet and word processing software (Excel, Word, Google Docs, etc)
Problem solving and analytical thinking skills
Ability to solve single variable math problems
Communicate effectively both verbally and over email
Understand the principles and processes for providing customer service
Attention to detail
Organizational and time management skills
Nice-to-Have's
Experience in the printing industry, especially pressure sensitive labels
Prior use of CRM (customer relationship management) software, particularly Salesforce
Familiarity using LabelTraxx
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
