Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field.
5 years of experience in a leadership role, managing multiple regional finance departments with a team of 10 employees consisting of managers and individual contributors.
15 years of relevant experience required.
Experience in reporting software (Hyperion, Tableau, i.
e.
) highly preferredExperience working with SAP or related Finance Management System requiredAbility to interface with senior and executive leadership Knowledge of financial forecasting required.
Detail and results oriented Expert level problem solver and analyticalAbility to take complex data and find the key metrics Experience managing a company's cash flowStrong communication and interpersonal skillBase Salary$159,160 - $206,900.
