Availability will be for most Monday through Friday with some Saturdays.
Needs to be friendly, outgoing, detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and self-motivated with excellent people skills, phone etiquette and organizational skills.
Ideal candidate is eager to learn, accountable, dependable, works well under pressure, is a team player and rises to the challenge.
Must be proficient with basic computer skills such as typing, MS Word, Excel, Gmail and Apple products.
Prior plastic surgery experience is a plus.
You will also be trained and given the opportunity to learn everything you want to know about plastic surgery! Duties include:
- Greeting patients - Answering phones - Scheduling appointments - Filling out paperwork - Other general medical office duties - Assist with data entry into EMR, insurance verifications - Assist with rooming patients We offer staff perks and benefits from the medspa for employees.
