An employer is looking for a Quality Coordinator RN in the Fountain Valley, CA area.
As an RN quality improvement coordinator, your responsibilities involve reviewing processes and improving the daily operation of a medical facility.
You evaluate nurse performance to ensure they are providing quality care and develop strategies to make them more effective and efficient.
Your duties also require you to document your findings, assemble data, and prepare written reports.
An RN quality improvement coordinator may be asked to investigate claims against the organization and verify that all activities follow government regulations and institutional policies.
You will also be required to work in concert with the Regional Quality Coordinator to implement the strategic clinical-quality plan.
Expectations include:
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of standards, survey methodology and related tools and resources for regulatory and accreditation requirements - Regularly accesses internal and external resources to maintain professional knowledge base.

years of experience as a Quality Coordinator RN - BSN - CA Registered Nurse Licensure - BLS - COVID-19 Vaccination- Ambulatory Surgery Center Experience - Experience with PI Projects, Infection Control, Survey Readiness, Policies and Procedures (Surgery Center or OR) Recommended Skills Assembly And Installation Basic Life Support Certified Nurse Practitioner Claim Processing Clinical Works Communication Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
