The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be resourceful, well organized, able to multitask, remain cool under pressure, and possess excellent inter-personal skills.
Candidates should have prior experience working in a printing/ sign company with an understanding of costing, sales support and graphic design.
Responsibilities and Duties Responsible for Daily Office Duties, working closely assisting the owner with customer service, sales & quotes, design & proofing, orders & invoices.
Front desk coverage (phones, shipping and receiving, mail, greeting and assisting visitors) if needed.
All aspects of general office administrative needs including filing, archiving, maintaining office calendar, contacts, accounting and other administrative duties.
Qualifications and Skills Must have prior administrative experience o Exceptional skills in writing and verbal communication o Professional and courteous attitude toward working ethics and customers o Ability to work productively and efficiently to meet deadlines o Vigorous attention to detail, and must be well organized o Excellent analytical skills in assessing issues, prioritize projects,& finalizing solutions o Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Experienced with Quickbooks or other accounting related software a plus Highly skilled with Microsoft Excel & Word Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is REQUIRED Job Type:
