General Job Description The Marketing Assistant is responsible for assisting in planning, developing, and implementing promotional marketing campaigns.
The planning and developing must be done in collaboration with team members from sales, product design, and product development departments.
This position provides administrative support to the marketing leadership team for all projects.
The incumbent must have the creative ability to design and launch innovative campaigns.
It is also important to be able to write catchy copy and manage web content that would be engaging to potential customers.
Job Duties and Responsibilities Review the progress and success of a campaign, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers.
Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and email campaigns.
Manage the company's social media accounts, website content and other digital platforms.
Coordinate and support events such as trade shows, product launches and other marketing events.
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and glean insights.
Provide administrative support to the marketing team such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing data.
Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Associates degree Bachelor's degree Experience Three or more years in marketing, sales, or advertising Hands-on experience in developing campaigns and promotions Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media, with a command of each network and their best practices.
Creativity, adaptability and familiarity with current marketing trends Conversant with marketing tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, marketing automation platforms, and social media management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Comfortable appearing on camera for video content.
