General Job Description Elemental is looking to hire a Sales Executive who is experienced in sales or has a passion for sales.
The individual will focus on managing current accounts and Big Box Retail accounts.
They must have a passion for sales and be a leader.

This individual must understand that the survival of the Company depends on the sales team procuring sales.
In general, this individual must understand the Company's products in detail, know the buyers and their needs, maintain communications with buyers, resolve buyers' issues, contact new buyers, communicate with Sales Manager when necessary to resolve any problems pertaining to buyers, and constantly work to open new sales channels.
Job Duties and Responsibilities Manage existing and new big box retail accounts Prepare, plan and attend training/team meetings weekly Make calls to current buyers and cold call new buyers Attend wholesale trade shows to develop new clients Develop the ability to demonstrate to our clients all the benefits of the Company's products, services, and solutions Develop and present proposals tailored to each client's specific needs Ensure outstanding customer service through regular client follow up via phone, email or similar platforms Identify and establish relationships with key decision makers to secure new business and provide valuable sales feedback to your manager and the rest of the team to aid in product or sales improvement Minimum Qualifications High School diploma, GED or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Associates degree Bachelor's degree Experience Experience in selling mostly to large retail companies (big box stores) 0-2 years of outside B2B or B2C sales in the product or promotional products industry.
